Old historic building, magnificent location so close to the "Old Town", all tourist locations, and all the attractions and many restaurants/bars. A great selection of marvellous breakfast options.

No elevator at all.

The setting was quite great within easy reach of Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. The room was good-sized, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, would love to return.

We stay in a double room quite often, it is beautifully decorated and well-kept. Excellent service, the breakfast is amazing. Really enjoyed our stay and would like to come again.

Location is excellent. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was great, with adequate selection of food.

Practically no foyer. Parking is a bit cumbersome but acceptable.

I had a very good stay. I loved this low cost hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, close to Morrin Centre. Moreover, it's so close to the major shopping/Restaurant street, the best attractions of Quebec and bakery.

The room was a nice size and well-kept, with comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was comfortable central, a 10-15 minute walk from Morrin Centre. The hotel was in a central area...

Nice bedroom. Amazing breakfast with a wide array of coffee, pancakes and eggs to satisfy every guest.

The breakfast spread was amazing with cereal supplied and fruits, for example. The location was best possible and reasonably priced, for example, Place Royale was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The rooftop was a hidden gem, providing a beautiful space to relax. The communal kitchen was well-stocked and convenient.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the small sink area and the lack of hooks or shelves for hanging clothes. However, these were easily overlooked.

It is an excellent location to be right in the city centre. The room was very large for such an old area. There is a lovely courtyard behind the hotel which was nice to sit in and take a break from a busy day of site seeing

The air flow for the ac was not very good. Old building completely forgiveable. They would benefit from the above window units, like they have in europe.

The hotel was very well located in beautiful old Quebec city. It was very close to everything, well within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and picturesque in an old century building. Staff wtere pleasant and helpful and vallet parking was very helpful as parking in old Quebec city is very hard to find.

The room was very small and the halls and stairs very narrow.
